| Returning and Exchanging Online Purchases
Enclosed with every order you'll find a packing slip and the return-exchange information on the reverse. Pack and send your return securely and make sure to include the completed return & exchange form. Please refer to the invoice number on all correspondences.

Exchange Policy:
If you want to make an exchange, simply send it back to us. Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days from the purchase date. Please complete the return and exchange form with all the information needed to process your exchange. Any price difference will charged to the credit card provided. Please note that we do not store or keep any credit card information. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping charges are not refundable. The garment must be returned in its original condition and with all the tags. Clothes that are damaged, discolored, stained, or changed in any way will not be accepted for an exchange. If a shirt that is not in its original condition is returned for exchange, the shirt will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Return Policy:
If you wish to return an item/s, we will gladly accept the garment back and refund you the full purchase price less 15% restocking fee except for exchange item/s. Please complete the return and exchange form with all the information needed to process your return. To help us improve our customer service, please let us know the reason for the return. All refunds are credited back to the original method of payment. Returns must be sent back within thirty days from the purchase day. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping charges are not refundable. The clothes must be returned in its original condition and with all the tags. Garments that are damaged, discolored, stained, or changed in any way will not be accepted for a return. If the clothing is not in its original condition when returned for exchange, the garment will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Returned items without documentation or explanation may not process.
Note:
There are no exchanges or returns for Wholesale, Discounted items, Bulk or Special Orders.
A refund of any shipping and handling charges is not available unless the merchandise is defective or the wrong merchandise was sent.
Credit Card Refunds
Once your return is processed we will issue a credit within 5 business days of receipt of your return. The credit will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase.
Credit Card Disputes or Charge Backs Policy
By using your credit card to purchase products in this web site, you agree that you are the owner or authorized person of the Credit Card. By doing so you are authorizing /Hawaiian Aloha Fashions to charge your credit card account for the amount of transactions made with Shaka Time Hawaii. You understand and Agree that you will not file any disputes or charge backs with your Credit Card Company against Shaka Time Hawaii/Hawaiian Aloha Fashions for any transactions made within this web site.
