Enclosed with every Internet order, you'll find a receipt inside a plastic puoch in the front of the shipping box. Please make sure you include the original receipt with the merchandise you are returning.
Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of the receipt of the order. Please contact us to process any difference in price. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping charges are not refundable. The garment/s must be returned in its original condition. Clothes that are damaged, discolored, stained, or changed in any way will not be accepted for an exchange. If a garment that is not in its original condition is returned for exchange, the garment will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. No restocking fee for all exchange item/s.
If for any reason you wish to return, we will gladly accept the garment back and refund you the full purchase price plus any sales tax, less a 15% restocking fee. This amount will be credited back to the original credit card. Returns must be sent back within one week of the receipt of the order. Same conditions apply for returns as described above. We ship to anywhere within United States and the wold. All shipments originate from Honolulu, Hawaii.
Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method and the shipment destination. We ship via Fed Ex, or USPS Mail only. When using USPS International, delivery it may take up to 6 weeks since is up to the Country Post Office to make the delivery. Please provide a complete physical street address when selecting to ship with Fed Ex. These carriers will NOT accept PO Boxes. All PO's will be shipped vis USPS.
